Refurbishmet of Changing Rooms and Toilets begins Monday 22nd July
This work is expected to take 6 weeks and during this time there will be No changing rooms.

That’s why we’ve created our Junior gym programme, designed to get younger people excited and motivated to work towards better health.
With memberships for junior members from JUST £10 a month, why not express your interest today?
Junior Gym Hours:
Weekdays: 5:00pm – 7:00pm
Weekends: 9:00am – 6:00pm
