Junior Gym Classes/ Hours

Here at Thinking Fitness we believe that getting into exercise at a young age is really important, that’s why we’ve enabled juniors aged 11-15 to use our fantastic cardiovascular equipment and attend some of our classes. We want to help you get fit safely!

 

Junior Gym Hours:

Weekdays:   5:00pm – 7:00pm

Weekends:   9:00am – 6:00pm

(Junior Gym Members can come outside of these hours if accompanied by an adult)

Junior Gym Classes:

Friday Aerobics Emily 6:30pm – 7:15pm
Sunday Bootcamp Emily 10am    – 10:45am
