Thinking Fitness Short-Term Closure from – 21/3/20
Thinking Fitness is having to unfortunately close our doors from Saturday 21/3/20 for the foreseeable future due to Government guidelines around Coronavirus (Covid-19).
We are obviously hugely disappointed by the news as we can’t keep providing our fantastic members with the service you have come to expect from us. We will aim to be back open as soon as we possibly can. In the short-term look out for home workout videos that we will be posting online from the 1st April through our Personal Trainers and Class Instructors
Mindful of the situation, Thinking Fitness will not collect any direct debit subscriptions for any members in April and we will keep this under review.
As those over 70 have now been advised to self-isolate for a period of up to four months, as part of the social distancing measures, subscriptions for all members 70 and over will be frozen, with no fees payable until July.
As a small business, we thank you for your continued support. We pride ourselves on being part of the community and offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
For now, we hope you all stay safe in what is a challenging and uncertain time for us all.

All of our classes are available as part of your membership, however they are also available on a pay-as-you-go basis.

Pilates (30/45/60 minutes)
Improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance.
Chi Elastixs (30 minutes)
A slow based dance class that focuses on core strength and balance and can be enjoyed by all ages.
Yin Yoga (60 minutes)
Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative style of yoga that targets the connective tissue in the body, enhancing mobility and better energetic flow. It’s a great class to support cardio and strength training as it helps reduce stiffness. An hour of pure relaxation, passive long-held postures and mindfulness practices to rejuvenate you for the week!
Legs, Bums & Tums (60 minutes)
Does exactly what it says on the tin. Hit all the trouble spots in this fun, fab class and get the body you’ve always wanted.
Zumba (60 minutes)
A fusion of Latin and International music / dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, and based on the principle that a workout should be “FUN AND EASY TO DO”.
Stretch & Tone (60 minutes)
Stretching in many different ways, adding variety to the class and always having great! We use stability balls, over balls, poles, yoga bricks… To be honest, we use anything that can improve your technique and keep the class feeling fresh with new ideas.
Core Blimey! (30 minutes)
Similar to Legs, Bums & Tums, this 30 minute workout will have you working all your core areas in a fun and dynamic way.
Circuits & Bootcamp (45 minutes)
Both very similar classes where improving cardiovascular endurance is paramount through a mix of different exercise stations which incorporate varying exercise activities.
Boxercise (45 minutes)
This class is based on the training concepts boxers use to keep fit. Classes can take a variety of formats and a typical one may involve shadow-boxing, skipping, hitting pads, combos and learning the fundamental ways to stay fit through boxing.
D2E Fitness (45 minutes)
Dance2Enhance Fitness is a unique dance fitness class including Bollywood, Charleston, hula hoop, chart music style routines and more. It suits all abilities, even if you’ve never danced before, it is a fun way to get fit and burns up to 600 calories in each workout!
Aerobics (45 minutes)
New to 2020……
Aerobics is a light cardio based workout combined with bodyweight exercises designed to improve all-round fitness. It is composed of five sections of aerobics and one sculpting section; it is slow in pace but big on results.
TF Group Cycle (45 minutes)
New to 2020 we have added a new range of Spin Bikes……
TF cycle is a bike based cardio workout. It is composed of different tracks with a mix of fast-paced sprints and slow-paced resistance. A great way to burn calories and have fun at the same time.
