Our Classes

All of our classes are available as part of your membership, however they are also available on a pay-as-you-go basis.

Please remember to book your slots to guarantee you’re not disappointed!

 

Pilates (45 minutes)

Improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance.

Chi Elastixs (30 minutes)

A slow based dance class that focuses on core strength and balance and can be enjoyed by all ages.

Parent/Guardian and Child Circuits (45 minutes)

A fantastic way to get the kids involved and have fun with the family!

This class works to help parents/guardians and children to form bonds and have fun getting fit together*

*Adults and children must come as a group, as no single adults without children or children without adults will be admitted due to the nature of the class

Yoga (1 hour)

Classes inspire a thoughtful flow of vibrant breath and movement that empowers the individual on and off the mat. The body and mind are strengthened and restored through dynamic and restorative sequences.

Legs, Bums & Tums (45 minutes)

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Hit all the trouble spots in this fun, fab class and get the body you’ve always wanted.

Zumba (1 hour)

A fusion of Latin and International music / dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, and based on the principle that a workout should be “FUN AND EASY TO DO”.

Pure Stretch (1 hour)

Stretching in many different ways, adding variety to the class and always having great!  We use stability balls, over balls, poles, yoga bricks… To be honest, we use anything that can improve your technique and keep the class feeling fresh with new ideas.

Core Blimey! (30 minutes)

Similar to Legs, Bums & Tums, this 30 minute workout will have you working all your core areas in a fun and dynamic way.

Circuits & Bootcamp (45 minutes)

Both very similar classes where improving cardiovascular endurance is paramount through a mix of different exercise stations which incorporate varying exercise activities.

Boxercise (45 minutes)

This class is based on the training concepts boxers use to keep fit. Classes can take a variety of formats and a typical one may involve shadow-boxing, skipping, hitting pads, combos and learning the fundamental ways to stay fit through boxing.

Sports Fit (45 minutes)

A class that draws upon the ways in which many sporting athletes stay fit and healthy.
Work up a sweat and learn the best ways to keep fit like the professionals!

D2E Fitness (45 minutes)

Dance2Enhance Fitness is a unique dance fitness class including Bollywood, Charleston, hula hoop, chart music style routines and more. It suits all abilities, even if you’ve never danced before, it is a fun way to get fit and burns up to 600 calories in each workout!

Step Class (40 minutes)

Work up a sweat and burn off those calories in a fun class based around aerobic steps!
